Did you place your order less than 30 days ago and would you like to exchange the dog lead for a different design? Then first email your order number to bark@frenkylewis.com and let us know which adjustable dog lead you'd like to exchange it for.

After that, you send the parcel to our returns address yourself. Return postage is at your own expense. Put the delivery note in the box and write the order number clearly on the outside.

At Frenky Lewis we want both you and your dog to be tail-waggingly happy with your purchase. Changed your mind? No problem — you can send your order back to us within 30 days. You send the parcel yourself; return postage is at your own expense.

To keep everything hygienic and safe for every dog, we do ask you to bear the following conditions in mind:

• Cooling-off period: you can return your products up to 30 days after receipt.
• Seal and hygiene: grooming products such as shampoos and sprays can only be returned unopened and with the seal intact. Once the cap has been opened or the seal broken, we can no longer take the product back for hygiene reasons.
• Packaging: return your products in undamaged packaging, preferably the original shipping box.
• Condition of the product: in the event of signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct the loss in value.

At Frenky Lewis we believe in quality that lasts for years. Our dog leads are made by hand in our social workshop, where every lead is carefully checked and tested. Because we stand for craftsmanship, we offer you a 1-year warranty.

• Warranty: we repair or replace the lead in the event of manufacturing or material faults.
• Exclusions: damage caused by chewing, improper use, washing or natural wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
• Costs: shipping and return costs are at your own expense.
• Validity: applies to all online orders, both through the webshop and through the marketplaces.

Something not right? Send an email with an explanation, a photo of the damage and your order number to bark@frenkylewis.com. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours with a suitable solution.

If you'd like to return an item for a refund, you send the parcel to our returns address yourself. Return postage is at your own expense.

• Put the delivery note in the box.
• Write the order number clearly on the outside of the box.

Without a delivery note or order number we cannot trace your return and processing takes longer. Keep your proof of postage until the refund has been completed.

Send an email with an explanation, a photo of the product or the damage and your order number to bark@frenkylewis.com. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

We understand that you can't wait to spoil your loyal four-legged friend. That's why we do everything we can to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

• Ordered today, on its way straight away: order before 9pm on a working day and your order will be dispatched that same evening.
• The Netherlands and Belgium: this fast service applies to all our customers in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a Track & Trace code. That way you can see exactly when the courier will be at your door — and your dog can start wagging in advance.

Our dog leads are made from strong material, which makes them extremely hard-wearing. Because the lead is built up from 48 water-repellent strands, dirt barely gets in between them.

Does your lead need a wash after all? Then wash it by hand at 30 degrees. Rinse the swivel eye clip thoroughly, leave it to dry and spray it with WD40.

Our leads have been extensively tested and withstand a breaking strength of 140 kg.

The Hands Free Leash & Collar in 1 is the most versatile lead there is. With this versatile lead and collar in one, walking your dog has never been easier. Stay in full control of your dog while you enjoy your walk.

For your dog, the lead can be set as a fixed collar, slip collar, half-slip collar or attached to a separate collar. Move the knot and adjust it to the size of your dog's neck. If you'd like to use a slip or half slip, you can take the ring out of the knot so that it can slide along the rope. You can of course also attach the lead to your own collar or harness.

For you, the lead can be set as a waist lead, shoulder lead, handle or attached to a waist belt. The length is 2.5 metres at most and 1.5 metres at least.

Nothing is a match for the jaws of your Great Dane or Chihuahua. With a bite force of 743 PSI (pounds per square inch), the kangal (Turkish shepherd dog) has the strongest jaws of all dogs. A Chihuahua's bite force is considerably lower, between 120 and 180 PSI. That is still stronger than a human's: 100 PSI at most.
