Refund and Return Policy
At Frenky Lewis, we want both you and your dog to be tail-waggingly happy with your purchase. Not satisfied, or changed your mind? You can return your order.
How to return
You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. You send the parcel to the return address below yourself; the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Put the packing slip in the box.
- Write the order number clearly on the outside of the box.
Without a packing slip or order number we cannot trace your return and processing will take longer. Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been completed.
Would you like to exchange your item for a different design? Just mention it in your email and we will set it aside for you. If you purchased your item from a shop, please return it to that shop.

Care products
For hygiene reasons, care products such as shampoos and sprays can only be returned unopened and with the seal intact. Once the cap has been opened or the seal has been broken, we are no longer able to accept the product back.
Please return products in undamaged packaging, preferably the original shipping box. In the event of signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct the loss in value.
Warranty
We offer a full 1-year warranty on Frenky Lewis products. Our dog leashes are handmade in our social workshop and are each individually checked and tested. If a product does not function properly due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, improper use, washing or wear and tear through natural use. Shipping and return costs are at your own expense. The warranty applies to all online orders, both through our webshop and through the marketplaces.

Send an email explaining the issue, along with a photo of the product or the damage and your order number, to bark@frenkylewis.com. Our customer service team will get in touch within 48 hours with a suitable solution.
